At Wayward Wines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your selection, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened bottles or exchanges for corked or damaged goods. Our team is dedicated to ensuring every bottle arrives in peak condition, but we are here to help if your experience is anything less than exceptional.
Return Process
- 1.Check Your Eligibility
Ensure the bottle is unopened with the original seal intact, or identify specific quality defects such as cork taint or oxidation within 30 days of purchase.
- 2.Contact Our Sommelier Team
Email our support desk with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
- 3.Secure the Shipment
Carefully repackage the wine using the original protective transit packaging to prevent breakage and affix the provided shipping label to the exterior.
- 4.Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once our cellar team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement bottle within 3-5 business days.
