How do you ensure the wine is safe during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced pulp-based packaging designed to withstand impact and temperature fluctuations, ensuring your bottles arrive in perfect condition.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you believe a bottle is flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer replacements or store credit for bottles that are corked or oxidized, provided the bottle is still mostly full.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
Yes, all our inventory is kept in a professional, temperature-controlled cellar at a constant 55°F (13°C) to maintain the integrity of every vintage.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number from our courier service.
